Meet Dr. Syed
Personal Profile
Dr. Syed is a double-board certified physician in Radiation Oncology and Integrative Medicine. Since March 2010, she has served as Chief of Radiation Oncology Service and a practicing radiation oncologist in the Department of Veterans Affairs. Prior to that, she worked as an academic attending at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City.

Cancer Decoded LLC is the natural progression of Dr. Syed's evolution as a physician, healer, educator and leader. It is born out of a passion to help patients navigate through their darkest hours beyond the four walls of a hospital. She felt compelled to help on a greater scale after recognizing many patients felt alone, scared and totally unprepared to make hard decisions even with a great medical team in place.
